Holy Eucharist

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist is a key part of the weekly Mass. In receiving the Holy Eucharist we unite ourselves with Christ.  It is through the mystery of the transformation of bread and wine into the body and blood of our Lord that we are in Him and he is in us.  He provides us with the Grace to help us live a good Christian life

Children who have been baptized and are at least 7 years old can prepare to receive both Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist for the first time.  Receiving of the sacrament of Reconciliation is required prior to receiving the Holy Eucharist.
